Formurr acts as a marketplace connecting buyers, developers, consultants, and suppliers. We do not manufacture physical products or guarantee specific commercial outcomes.
2. Developer & Supplier Obligations
Developers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, originality, and quality of submitted recipes.
Suppliers are responsible for the authenticity, quality, and regulatory certifications of their listed materials.
3. Buyer Responsibility & Validation
Buyers acknowledge that food science is complex. It is the buyer’s responsibility to conduct factory trials, shelf-life testing, regulatory reviews, and final product validation.
4. Transparency & Previews
To protect Intellectual Property, recipe previews may show only partial information. Full technical specifications and formulas are unlocked only after confirmed payment.
5. Fees & Commissions
Formurr reserves the right to apply commissions, listing fees, promotional fees, or subscription fees as part of our service operations.
6. Intellectual Property & Fraud
Unauthorized sharing of purchased recipes or intellectual property is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend any user involved in fraud, misuse, or IP violations.
